Shipping and Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, we request that you return the item in the original packaging with tags attached to allow us to exchange or refund your purchase. See below for full terms and conditions:


Your right to cancel an order for goods purchased online starts when you receive the goods and lasts for 14 days. Any purchase you make with The Dry Bag Company Ltd will fully adhere to the Consumer contracts regulations act 2014.

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to send the product(s) back, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.

It can take up to 14 days from you returning the item(s) to receiving your refund. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.

For online orders, we’ll email you to arrange collection and from this point you can track returns yourself. Collections occur on the date specified on the online form and will be collected between the hours of 8am and 5pm weekdays only.

If you bought the item from one of our preferred suppliers please return the item to them in the first instance.

Please email our returns support service for further assistance. Please quote your order number in the subject line. Support is available Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described. Once you’re the returned item has been returned, we will inspect it and either offer a full refund or send the product back to you if it has not been returned in the condition it was sent out in. Refunds will cover the cost of the product minus the postage paid. Returns are FOC for the customer.

Terms and conditions

When returning your item, the way you originally paid for the purchase will determine how you are refunded.

Original delivery charge of £4.50 will not be refunded when a refund is requested.

Credit / debit card

If you paid by credit or debit card, we’ll refund the same card originally used to place and pay for the order.


Currently, we only ship to the UK and operate a 48 hour delivery policy between Monday and Friday. Delivery will be charged at a rate of £4.50 for UK mainland and £15.00 for the UK Islands, Guernsey and Scottish Highlands. Please allow 2 days for delivery to remote areas of the UK.

Items will be despatched and shipped Monday to Friday. If your order is placed on a Friday please allow two working days for this to arrive.

You will be able to track your order using the consignment link included in your shipping confirmation email. For help tracking your order please contact support. Our courier is APC.

You parcel will be delivered 48 hours after purchase. If you have not received your parcel within this time please contact us:

My item is now out of stock, but I’ve paid for it. What shall I do?

If your item is out of stock, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 28 days, you’ll be billed and the item will be shipped to you when it is back in stock.

If you’re not happy to wait, please contact us on to discuss options or to cancel your order.

Will multiple orders arrive together?

Your items will arrive as one order. If this is not the case due to one item being out of stock, you will receive the order in parts.
